Volume 5, Number 4 - Not Printed

In September 2004, Hurricane Ivan came ashore in the Florida panhandle and coastal Alabama. The event pretty much shut down the LOGBOOK offices for a couple of months, so rather that play a game of catch-up, and put out a less than perfect issue of the magazine, and to stay on some semblance of a schedule, we decided to not print Volume 5, Number 4, and to concentrate on putting Volume 6, Number 1 to press.
