This airline was transferred to Maersk Air (UK) Ltd on 1 August 1993, and operated for British Airways Express. It was withdrawn from use on 30 August 1996, and later sold on 21 November 1997, to TPA Aviation Incorporated. The UK civil registration was cancelled on 26 November 1997. It was then scrapped at Birmingham.

On 10 August 1999, this registration was cancelled, with the reason for cancellation listed as Destroyed, which more than likely means it was scrapped.
